Terms And Conditions

YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ANY ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY.
IN RESPECT OF ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOU USING ONE OF OUR THIRD PARTY COURIERS, THEN:
(A) ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER PASSES TO YOU WHEN WE DISPATCH YOUR ORDER FROM OUR PREMISES. WE (FLYING DOVE) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY THESE SERVICES.
(B) THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE, AND IS CHOSEN AT YOUR OWN RISK UPON CONFIRMATION/ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS OF SUPPLY.
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND SOME COUNTRIES HAVE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN GOODS OR MATERIALS. AFTER DISPATCH FROM OUR FACILITIES, TRANSFER OF LIABILITY SHIFTS TO YOU, THEREFORE YOU WILL BECOME THE IMPORTER AND WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY LOCAL TAXES OR DUTIES, FURTHERMORE ASSUMING ALL LIABILITY UNDER ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

(C) CLIENTS TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF THE WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THEIR HEAD TO ENSURE A CUSTOM FIT. WE (FLYING DOVE) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURATE MEASUREMENTS, AS WE WILL ATTEMPT TO ASSIST CLIENTS WITH ANY MEASUREMENT INQUIRIES, BUT WILL NOT IMPLY OUR OWN MEASUREMENTS UPON CLIENTS. UPON SUBMISSION OF MEASUREMENTS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY EXCHANGES, RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR MODIFICATIONS IN THE CASE THAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE INACCURATE.

DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CUSTOM/HAND MADE, THE LABOR TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET FINISHED.

 

Here at Flying Dove we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.


However if you do receive a unit/product with a fault we are happy to exchange the product for the same design or repair the item depending on the product.

Please reach out to our Customer Care team if there is an issue or a fault prior to sending the unit back so that we can advise on how to return the unit to us.

To be eligible for an exchange you must comply with the following conditions;

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied.

Your request must be accepted by our customer service team in the following acceptance terms:

(A) We must submit video evidence to each and every client before shipping to the client, displaying no damage or fault.

(B) CLIENT must submit video evidence of the damaged/faulty product within 24 hours upon receipt of the product.

(C) We (FLYING DOVE) reserve the right to accept and/or decline return/exchange requests upon inspection of the product.

Requests that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

With the exception of faulty units, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

1. Consent for Use of Media

By participating in any Wig Seminars ("Seminars") provided by Flying Dove Hair LLC ("Flying Dove Hair," "we," "us," or "our"), you grant us the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, publish, and distribute photographs, video images, and audio recordings of your participation in the Seminars for use in connection with the activities of Flying Dove Hair. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials and publications, advertisements, social media postings, educational materials, and other media formats without compensation to you.

2. Purpose of Media Use

You understand that the media captured may be used by Flying Dove Hair for the purposes of promoting, publicizing, or explaining our services and activities, including the Seminars, across various platforms and media.

3. Release and Waiver

You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears. You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation for the creation or use of such media. You also waive any right to bring any claim against Flying Dove Hair or its affiliates related to or arising out of the use of the media.

4. Authority to Consent

If you are accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a minor or another individual for whom you have legal guardianship, you represent that you have full authority to grant consent on their behalf for the use of their image and recordings as described herein.

By participating in the Wig Seminars provided by Flying Dove Hair LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Media Consent Clause outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This consent shall bind your heirs, assigns, and any legal representatives.
